Topic: MIXED VERBS (Past tense - perfective form) 3

PAMIĘTAJ!: In Polish, the PAST TENSE is divided into the PERFECTIVE and IMPERFECTIVE form. The IMPERFECTIVE form is often used the same way as the English PAST CONTINUOUS ("I was doing..."), while the PERFECTIVE form is often used in the same way as the English SIMPLE PAST ("I did...").

The following exercise will help you practice the perfective past tense in Polish. Fill in the blanks with the proper form of the verb (in parentheses). Use the "special character" buttons below as needed.

Example: He went to Warsaw. = On pojechał do Warszawy. (pojechać)

1. You (formal, singular, f.) gave me too much money. = Pani mi za dużo pieniędzy. (dać)

3. I (m.) washed my car. = samochód. (wymyć)
